Enjoyed the clean Twin Room, which had a great vibe. The air conditioning worked well, essential for the Cartagena heat. Helpful staff made planning my activities easier. there was an issue with hot water, lasting four days. The management did apologize, but it disrupted my shower routine. The location was nice, quieter yet just a 10-15 minute walk to the center. Had some troubles with noise late in the night from nearby guests, making it tough to sleep. The breakfast could use more variety. it felt rather basic. some great moments mixed with a few notable drawbacks.

The Superior Double Room features a spacious layout, perfect for couples needing room to breathe. The breezy ambiance and charming decor provide a nice touch to the overall vibe.
A few hiccups popped up during the stay—the wifi in the room had weak signals, making it a chore to connect. Breakfast delays were noted, and the dining area felt cramped when busy. not all rooms come with windows, affecting natural light and ventilation, particularly if you end up in one of those rooms. Charging ports were inconveniently placed, which could be a hassle for tech-savvy travelers looking to plug in.

Perfect getaway close to everything
Really loved my stay here! The neighborhood was so chill and nice, just a quick 10-15 min walk to the center. Plus, the in-room breakfast was a total win for lazy mornings. The only thing was that the bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner. But still, a solid spot!

really loved the location, it was super convenient for walking to getsemani and the historic center. the beds were so comfy and we ended up in a nice bigger room, which was a bonus! they got lots of nearby cafes and restaurants to grab a bite. staff were friendly and helpful every time we needed something.
the only downsides were some noise from outside our room, which could be annoying at times, and the breakfast area felt a bit cramped, especially during peak hours.
